MY LEADERSHIP PURPOSE

 I am an ambitious person with a lot of dreams. I want to pursue a career that is not so popular in my community. I am not a person who likes to follow what others are doing. I like to create my own way; even if it is harder and time taking.



      I keep on inventing and improving myself every day. I took this course in order to improve my communication skills. But it seems, improving your communication is a continuous process which needs a lot of patience and resilience. I want to become good at public speaking and pursue a career that will allow the growth of my personal qualities to the level I want to take it.

   I want to pursue a career in Human Resources and Management. I am doing a distance education MBA for that purpose. Communication is an integral part of this career. It can even determine your success in this role. 

   I also want to copy this to my life. Because, it is the unclear and ambiguous communication that leads us into an argument with our relatives, friends or colleagues. I hope developing my skills in communication would definitely help me to understand others better and eliminate unwanted situations in life.
