Public Speaking

Public Speaking Public speaking is something we all are afraid of. We start getting tensed when we see public speaking as a part of a course we are about to take. Our heart starts beating faster if we are about to begin a speech. Some people, even freeze on stage while giving a speech.  Why are we so afraid of public speaking? Is it because of the fear of the audience? That they will judge us by their criticising eyes? Are we afraid of the outcome of that particular situation?  Either way, we all are afraid to speak out loud. But, this fear can be tackled and anyone can become a good public speaker with constant practice.
